Arcane of the Fallen by *ForlornExistence reminded me of a legend of old, of when angels came down to earth, and could not restrain their passion from daughters of men. One of such daughters was Istehar who tricked the angel and obtained the means to raise herself into heaven, without surrendering herself to the angel, and she was put in the constellation of the Pleiades by God. This is a beautifully executed work, using the techniques of the old masters, and combining them with the modern day approach to the art. It is well thought through, and the details just add to the story that unfolds in the viewers mind. The work of *ForlornExistence is most special, his gallery is full of masterpieces that defenitely deserve more detailed look.
